The society of today will shift in such a way so that the current church can no longer exist in its current form. Instead, believers will have to meet in homes or live in communities managed by leaders. For this type of congregations to exist and function, there is a need for new forms for collaboration between a congregation and Christian ministries in a specific location.
A ministry is composed of a particular person that is equipped by God according to Eph 4:11-13. Their purpose is to build up the Body of Christ and armor its members.
For the equipping to go well, with a minimized amount of conflicts and quarrels, there have to be forms of collaboration for these ministries. So they can work in the congregation without dominating or being dominated themselves.
For collaboration to come about, there should be an uncomplicated non-binding, agreement between the congregation and such ministries.
