For about a week ago (in this writing moment), I installed a new phone for private and ministry use. Adding the PayPal android app, I failed to login and authenticate repeatedly. After trying to change my password, I found out I had lost control over may PayPal account. Whatever you do do not PAY or TRANSFER money to a PayPal account having my face. Probably the paypal.me link is still active. STAY OUT OF PAYPAL, you should be able to recover your account properly.
